Feels so good to get back to the range!
« on: March 21, 2011, 01:22:25 AM »
I finally got to the range today...took my mom and my niece from AZ. Shot from 3 yards all the way out to their max range.
Anyone have any tips on training?

My mom kept her target and I forgot to take a picture...she used the regular green quals target and all hit on target except one was a little bit off to the right of the head. She got all in the head to throat and up chest. She shot 38. spl out of my grandfathers old duty revolver, which she enjoyed. Then she shot the G23 one time and was done, she did not like the recoil at all. lol Damn near dropped the gun.

Man i have seen way worse targets....I say as long as she is hitting paper and mostly in the silhouette just keep up what she's doing and get more range time.

Not too shabby. Hmm this got me thinking. Maybe we should add a range report section to the forum
