Can you believe - I have waited for my APX rebate since buying a Centurion APX in June 2019. Thru perseverance and sheer bugging Beretta over and over... After several rejections because my serial # wasn't "eligible"... I finally, as of March 14, 2020, got my $100 rebate!!!!

Wow. I can't believe it!!!

I have ALWAYS gotten every other rebate I mailed in. Never had a problem up until now... And this was not my fault - I did everything they said to do....

If this had been $25 or so, I would have given up. But, it was $100. And, it was the $100 that pushed me over the edge to buy the gun to begin with. That's why I kept after it.

Before my local $25 FFL transfer fee, the $100 off made the price of the gun $269.

Now, I can say that - since they finally paid me

Just curious, but how is having to spend 10 months fighting scummy behavior relentlessly for what was rightfully yours all along considered 'awesomeness' on Beretta's part? :thinker:

Nevertheless, congratulations. Better late than never!

The "Awesomeness" is the fact that I got the check. I was being sarcastic.  :P

The fact is that is was ridiculous I had to wait that long

Lol. Really.  They offer a rebate to get to sucked in to buy,,,,, then make it such a pita to get,, 99% just give up.

Standard business practice 101.

Not much different than offering a big sale, on something they dont even have in stock, just to get you in the store. Sears and kmart did this constantly .

I always handed rebates to my wife. She had the tenacity to fight with then until she got it.

But I did learn, on COOPER tires,,,, keep that rebate. File it online,, very easy to do.  They paid them out in 30 days.

Good on you SHIP. If they didnt want to pay it,,, they shouldnt have offered it.
Politicians are like diapers, they should be changed often, and for the same reason.

There are two kinds of people in the world my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. YOU DIG.  " Blondie".

Well, any man that wouldnt cheat at cards for a poke, dont want one bad enough. " Gus".

Well, I have done many other rebates, and this was the first time I never got one. But, for $100, I wasn't gonna let it go

Yes, a check. It was supposed to be a card, but because of the delay, I guess they sent a check. Maybe they did not go thru the rebate center. I prefer the check, actually.

Haha, yes. I still have the APX. It is a great pistol, and I shoot it well. Now that I got the rebate, I can say it cost me $269. I am keeping that.

We are big beretta fans too, One Inox and a Italy 92fs, and a CX4 Storm 9mm that uses 92 mags.
The CX4 isn't much to look at but honestly it is so easy to shoot, and put many rounds down range quick and accurately.
I got it to use in pistole caliber carbine events.
My son uses a G34 in idpa and steel challenges. I've been using a M&P 40.

My one and only Beretta.
Vintage 1952 model 948 .22LR.
Dad returned from Korea in 1955 and some how this was in his belongings.

Great little plinker and also have the 6in interchangeable barrel for it.
No telling the thousands upon thousands of 22s that have been through it. Still functions like new.
