In San Francisco your no longer a convicted felon

Your a justice involved person...... :sick2:

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/san-francisco-board-adopts-new-language-for-criminals-turning-convicted-felon-into-justice-involved-person

In the late 70's I lived in California for three years. 60 miles south of San Francisco. I came to the conclusion after I was there for awhile that some folks that live there just aren't wired the same way many of us are. I mean who even thinks of crap like this. Don't want to hurt the feelings of convicted felons, pedophiles, murders and sex offenders my a**.  I guarantee you criminals ain't worried about your feelings when they put a gun in your face, steal your car or break into your home.
As someone that worked in some type of law enforcement for close to forty years I have no empathy for criminals and am apathetic about their "feelings".

my Wife put me on to this "story" ..... disgusting but not surprising ..... what does that say about a state that supports a huge homeless population and won't do a thing about stopping them from dropping their drawers and craping on the sidwalks

On the other hand, it sounds like a great place for bank robbers, murders, people who like to take a dump on the street, druggies and ...
Maybe we should be be offering felons in Texas $1,000 and a 1 way ticket to SFO?

The OP should be a "justice involved person" for assaulting Gilgondorin's eyes with the use of "your" rather than the correct "you're". :th_thicon_lol: :th_thicon_lol: :th_thicon_lol: :thumbsup1: :thumbsup1: :th_thicon_idea: :th_thicon_funny:

I could concur with that, as long as there is a provision, that IF they were ever caught in Texas again, after accepting that deal, they would instantly go to prison for life without a trial and don't collect $200 for passing GO!  :rocknroll2:

Apparently California is looking to redefine felony murder. I pulled this from a friends thread, but so far haven't found any links to verify it's authenticity yet.

Many states have felony murder statutes. These laws allow accomplices at the crime scene who did not actively participate in murder to be charged with murder. California has rescinded their law retroactively and re-defined felony murder.
