My younger daughter's first time putting hands on a rifle. And to be clear, no mag in, bolt open, safety on.

I don’t do Facebook, but if you do:  you ought to post that pic!

That’d send a swarm of liberals “over the edge”!

[PS - your daughter looks like she’s ready for a trip to the range!  ....good on her!]

With a caption that says something like "6 year old daughter blasting her first burglar".

It went up there a few weeks ago and no negative comments. Everyone that knows me, knows my position on firearms and they know it won't change. It was the same thing 5 years ago when I posted a video of my older daughter (7 years old at the time) shooting it for the first time. I'd share that video here, but not sure how to embed videos on this forum.

Yup. ready for a range session Dad.  :th_thicon_idea:  :thumbsup1:

I had my son shooting when he was 6.
He understood when he was 6 from going hunting that firearms KILL, they are NOT a toy.
I was also real anal about muzzle sweeping and treating ever gun like it was loaded..
To this day, at the range he is as safe as anyone Ive ever seen.
So all that harping paid off IMO.  :thumbsup1:

Teach them young how to PROPERLY handle firearms, and teach them how SERIOUS a firearm is,, and you dont have to worry about accidents IMO.

I seen a meme that said,, "teach them to shoot and they wont have any money for drugs,, they will spend it all on ammo."  LOL.
Politicians are like diapers, they should be changed often, and for the same reason.

There are two kinds of people in the world my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. YOU DIG.  " Blondie".

Well, any man that wouldnt cheat at cards for a poke, dont want one bad enough. " Gus".
