Guns america had one listed.

Buds had a blued used one listed.

https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/411549078/used+Beretta+92FS+Type+M+Compact

Good luck.

Yeah Bro, Thanks so much for the effort.
I saw that it is marked as sold. I sent an email through the site email url just in case something happened and the sale didn't go or something but I haven't heard anything back. I would buy a blued one if I could get my hands on it. That model and the mags for it seem to be no-where.

Very limited numbers of Type M's were ever imported. Only two batches were imported, if I recall correctly. Once in the early 90's and then again in the late 90's.  The Custom Carry II is even rarer with only a small handful brought into the country.

There are far fewer in circulation over the decades. It would be a full time job hunting down one.

I could be convinced to sell with enough Benjamins.    :P

I use this free program to upload photos. https://imgbb.com/

Take photo with phone and send it in an E Mail to yourself
In the Email program on your PC/Laptop find the photo and right click "save as"
Send it to the file explorer folder where you keep your photos. Mine is "this pc/pictures/firearms". Name the photo. Make sure it's a JPG file and hit save
Go on line and open the IMGBB program
Click the start downloading button
It should automatically go to your photo/picture folder in File Explorer
Double Click on the picture you want to upload
Your photo should come up with an upload button. Click the upload button.
A scroll window with "BBCode Full linked" should pop up with another window below it that has the URL Code. Hit the "copy" button next to the URL Code
Go to Texas Gun Forum and right click then "paste" when your ready to post your photo in a message

It works for me. Sounds difficult but after doing it a few times it's easy.

Found this one in a pawn shop a couple of weeks ago, no box only one mag.  Trying to find another mag for it is like looking for a unicorn in a field of 4 leaf clovers.

I guess you were in the right place at the right time.

Did you get a good deal?

Thanks for that help, I haven't made it work yet but I think I'm getting closer.

So I am not actually loading the pic from my gallery or my picture file. Right? I am uploading the pic to a third party web site and then linking it to the gun forum?

oops, this is probably not the right place to be saying this stuff.

Anyway, thanks so much.

That's right. When the on line program comes up it will have a button that says "start uploading" Click that and it should bring you to your picture gallery. Double click on the photo you want and it will return you to the on line program. Your photo should be there with the "upload" button. After clicking the "upload"  button the next screen will have a small scroll window with "BBCode Full Linked". The code you want is below the scroll window. Hit the copy button to the right. You can only copy and paste one photo at a time so don't try and copy a series of photos as only the last one will be present when you try and place it in a forum thread. I find it easier that you have the Texas Gun Forum open in another window when you paste the photo in your message. Use the "preview" button next to the "post" button on your message and scroll up. Your photo will be there if you did it right. Don't worry I have faith you'll figure it out.
When I first came aboard a few years ago I was pretty lost in the cyber world. I couldn't see the forest because of all the trees. With a lot help and patience from Domineaux, Shipwreck and a few others I managed to find my way. I also have a couple of college age grandkids that would roll their eyes and say "No PaPa you have to do it like this."
This forum has everyone from doctors to truck drivers. Just good folks with a common interest. I've learned a lot from he community here.

The pawn shop owner said that it had been sitting on the shelf for almost a year and he was willing to make a deal to move it.  I think I got a good deal.

Hey Ricochet. . .

I see you got this Beretta 92 CCII from a pawn shop a couple weeks ago, and also got one from an estate sale in May.

You are one lucky dog to have two!!

That's what I am trying to do, get a second one.  Its my favorite gun to carry.

Do you carry yours?  What holster do you use?

Up to two of them now.  I haven't carried it yet, looking for a good holster.  Probably going to carry one and shelve the other for awhile.  I may have a lead on another one, will forward you the information if it pans out.
