Yeah it took 8 shots but WTH....... :afraid4:

TXAZ:
Cool but the projectile is very close to the transonic region.
That is impressive, but his future attempt at 6,000 yards may be too far.

There is also the “how many shots” theory:
Boomer can launch 750 grains 6+ Miles, but goes transonic in just under half that.

Given enough ammo and “shotgun mode” Boomer should be able to hit a target at 6 miles.

gotta laugh at :  "Unfortunately, the Guinness Book of World Records likely won’t recognize Poor’s record-breaking shot. Apparently, they don’t recognize any shooting records made with optics"

could care less about the "longest shot" - but jeeeeez, Guinness "recognized" these things, but no shots with optics ?

Most Apples Held in Own Mouth and Cut by Chainsaw in One Minute
Most Big Macs Consumed in a Lifetime
 Largest Collection of Rubber Ducks
Longest Metal Coil Passed Through the Nose and Out of the Mouth

what a joke

TXAZ:
Maybe we need to start the “TGF book of world gun records”?

And who can forget Daniel Craig's first Bond movie, Casino Royale. Especially now since he's decided he won't slit his wrists, do a 5th movie for probably half the budget. Last figure I heard offered was $50,000,000!

The Guinness record was for the number of times his Aston Martin rolled after the initial flip: 7 complete rollovers!

Don't remember how much that cost the studio, or even what an Aston Martin cost then, or how many takes it took. I got stuck on the Aston Martin thing with nothing left but scrap from a car that had to run $500,000 a copy then!  :icon_wink:
