Another humble brag
« on: July 28, 2018, 07:26:48 PM »
16 year old grandson and I took a trip to the range Thursday. Shooting my American Ordnance 9 mm carbine he put 30 rounds down range. He handed it back and said it's shooting a little down and right and had to aim up and left to hit center.
Uh yeah I see what you mean.   :icon_wink:

Did ya check it off the bench to see where the zero is at?

The last time I shot it was three months ago and I had zeroed it at fifty feet which is the max distance for my LGS indoor range. Since then I've tried a combination of different setups with Pic rail and MLok vertical and horizontal fore grips, different lights, lasers just trying to find the setup I like. My grandson thinks that the current setup is BA so I'm going with that for now. The original tactical protective case was a little snug to begin with and even more so now that I've got all the accessories on so with all of that I'm surprised that the scope was even close to where I had it.
The indoor range here has no chairs or bench but I occasionally bring a camp stool and use my range bag for support when I want to zero something. Need to get out to the outdoor range and get it set up for 150 feet but temps are unforgiving right now so I'll wait.
