We got another rain this afternoon as well. Not a gully-washer, but just steady for about half an hour.

I've got to admit that I like Subway sandwiches - well I've only tried 2 different kinds.....a breakfast one with Egg and Ham and all the fixin's and another one that I order whenever I'm out and about.....foot long, white bread not toasted, White American Cheese, Double Black Forest Ham, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno and Mayo - I love those darned things.....

so, tonight I think I'm gonna make my own version of that same sandwich - have 6" Hoagie Rolls, Honey Ham from Sam's Club, a couple of different Cheeses, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo (no Jalapeno but do have..) a Green Hot Sauce

Bush's canned Original Baked Beans to go with it (eating now, and it's good)

the local WIs are forecasting storms to come thru around midnight tonight - did get a light shower at 4pm but sun is bright and "hot" at the moment - got all the equipment under one of the roofs ('capt my Tractor)

hate to admit it but I've sorta taken today "off" - did a (very) little work on our fence project and a couple of other small jobs but now it's cocktain hour and I'm thinking about "what will I do for dinner"

If a person had a talking parrot, they could get the parrot to ask Alexa questions!  :rocknroll2:

"Polly want  a cracker?"  :th_thicon_lol:

Would an Alexa and an Echo carry on a conversation?

Now that might be interesting to find out!  :wave1:

. . .For years, I bought a lot of my knives off various tool truck vendors, like Snap-On, Cornwell, Matco, Mac and S-K Tools. As most did carry a nice selection of knives on display that were many times suited for the mechanic or professional tradesman.

most all the ones i've ever been in pretty much exclusively sold kershaw
for whatever reason. maybe the wholesale price is attractive ?

Most of the Snap-On dealers I bought tools from were independent dealers, so they carried various brands, as well as Kershaw. The last Matco dealer I bought from carried CRKT knives and multi-tools. The S-K dealer, carried Case and Shrade knives. The Mac dealer, carried Case, Shrade, Buck, Gerber and CRKT knives.
