(Dom, I expect all of your's touch the X)

Nah, I prefer to spread the leaks out a bit. (That's my story and I'm sticking with it) ;)

Still using Texas Law Shield, and for $15/month I would be satisfied if they only handled bail and grand jury/arraignment.
Knowing that they cover a whole lot more than that, along with the educational opportunities they provide (I have attended their classes on gun shot wound care and active shooter situations), leaves me easily satisfied with the tiny cost.

I certainly prefer the feel and shootability of double stack 9s, but love my Shield and shoot it well enough to be comfortable with it if ever needed.

Happy birthday Lone Rider, hope you have many more to come.

and a rocking chair

I'll be 40 in November, and would already be down with a rocking chair.

Happy birthday TXAZ!

Down  - as in Ö. happy/something you can use
Down - as in ... are you kidding me

Happy as a hog in mud!

you know Dom it seems when I watch pros shoot a match on tv they have these sooped up race guns and that is not realistic to me, most people don't have that at bedside and I have never seen a soldier with a fancy up gun. I enjoy watching but they need it more reel but that can't happen I guess cause it would put custom guns out of business... just my opinion :th_thicon_question:

There are different organizations, and even divisions to choose from.
USPSA is where you see the race guns, but there are still a lot more shooters using "production" type pistols.
IDPA doesn't allow for race guns, but you can have a production gun with some changes like a small mag-well and after-market trigger.
In both, you could take a factory Glock/M&P/XD/Sig/etc and be competitive if you are good.
In both, you could spend $5k and end up at the bottom of the results.

The libs are going to deny it's true

They'll start to claim that all the lib tears lately are really the missing "blood in the streets" that they promised this would cause.

She couldn't even stay awake during a SOTU speech being given by Obama five years ago (saying all sorts of BS she loved), she damn sure isn't fit to do her "lifetime appointed" job well now much less in 5 more years.

Replaced the factory Goodyear Wranglers on my RAM 1500 today at Discount Tire.
Thanks for the heads up on their rebates.

I have wranglers too, aprox what was the damage on a set?

Total ended up at $832, before $75 rebate.

That's a great deal!!!
Well Done!  I wish I needed to replace mine but with no more miles than I drive, I won't need them until October. I will have to watch for the next sale.

I was disappointed that my tiers only have 25k miles, and were badly in need of replacing. I read reviews on the Wranglers online, and it sounded like 40k should be the replacement point, but the guy at DT said he had them on his RAM as well and they only made it 30k.
