Nothing like the graditude of the State of New York

New York State, a virus hot spot, requested healthcare workers from across the nation to come and help with frontline response efforts. Any of those that heeded the call and remained in the state for longer than 14 days are liable for the state’s income tax.

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / So Do You Really Think Trump Will Win?
« on: April 30, 2020, 12:57:01 PM »
The chances that Trump will win this Fall are getting slimmer and slimmer. Take a look at this.

Yeah, we have crooked Dem operatives controlling voting, a call for more mail-in/ absentee ballots, an antagonistic Media and an economy in the toilet, and an activist Silicon Valley. What could go wrong?

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / Are we being told the Truth?
« on: April 14, 2020, 06:07:08 PM »
I picked this up from another site and can't verify it, but WTF is going on? Are we being conned? Are there any medical people on this forum? What do you have to say?

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / Covid 19 Origin ?
« on: April 08, 2020, 10:48:15 AM »
This is a very interesting video on the origin of the Covid19 virus.  It basically states ,with documented proof that the virus is a laboratory enhanced virus produced by entities of the Chinese government.  Much  of the proof is way above my technical pay grade, but the thesis is plausible to me. It is about an hour long and well done,  so I  would  suggest that you view it.  If it makes  sense to you , pass it on to others.

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / The NRA is pissing me off
« on: April 01, 2020, 05:16:03 PM »
I have been an annual member of the NRA for probably 30+ years. I used to get an annual notice to pay my dues. I now get one several times a year. Two weeks ago I got my 2020 membership card. Today I got a letter in a red envelope stating that my membership will expire in May. The membership card has no expiration date other than 2020. I am wondering how many years in advance I have paid. I just about to cancel my membership altogether. I am tired of being a chump.

Off Topic Discussion (NON FIREARM RELATED) / Where are the Preppers?
« on: March 27, 2020, 07:58:49 AM »
I have always been skeptical of the whole Prepper thing. But this China Virus situation seems to be custom made for the prepper movement. So are all those preppers hiding out in the hinterlands now, with their years worth of freeze-dried food and medicine? Do any of y’all know any preppers, or have any of your neighbors disappeared in the dead of night? I am just curious as to if these people have yet taken action.

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / We are in this together???
« on: March 24, 2020, 09:44:18 PM »
I am listening to TV tonight and every break there is a commercial by a bunch of TV stars telling me that they are with me and that WE are in this situation together. What kind of crap is this? These elite Hollywood types are trying to tell Joe Lunchbucket that they are going to pay his rent, food, debts while he has been laid off? Yeah right, they really care. These are the same Progressives that can't say enough bad about Trump, who seems to be one of the few people in Washington making any effort to do something about the problem. These people are disgusting.
Rant off.

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / Lawyers?
« on: February 24, 2020, 06:27:52 PM »
Here is an interesting perspective that makes a lot of sense.

Every Democrat presidential nominee since 1984 went to law school-(although Gore did not graduate).

Every Democrat vice presidential nominee since 1976, except for Lloyd Bentsen, went to law school. Barack Obama was a lawyer. Michelle Obama was a lawyer. Hillary Clinton was a lawyer. Bill Clinton was a lawyer. John Edwards is a lawyer. Elizabeth Edwards was a lawyer.

Look at leaders of the Democrat Party in Congress: Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer is a lawyer. Ex-Senator Harry Reid is a lawyer.

The Republican Party is different.

President Trump is a businessman. President Bush 1 and 2 were businessmen. Vice President Cheney is a businessman. President Eisenhower was a 5 star General Officer.

The leaders of the Republican Revolution: Newt Gingrich was a history professor. Tom Delay was an exterminator. Dick Armey was an economist. Ex-House Minority Leader Boehner was a plastic manufacturer.

The former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is a heart surgeon. Who was the last Republican president who was a lawyer? Gerald Ford, who left office 31 years ago and who barely won the
Republican nomination as a sitting president, running against actor Ronald Reagan in 1976.

The Republican Party is made up of real people doing real work, who are often the targets of lawyers.

This is very interesting. I never thought about it this way.

The Democrat Party is made up of lawyers. Democrats mock and scorn men who create wealth, like Trump, Bush and Cheney, or who heal the sick like Frist, or who immerse themselves in history like Gingrich.

The Lawyers Party sees these sorts of people, who provide goods and services that people want, as the enemies of America ..

And, so we have seen the procession of official enemies, in the eyes of the Lawyers Party, grow. Against whom do Hillary and Obama rail?....Pharmaceutical companies, oil companies, hospitals, manufacturers, fast food restaurant chains, large retail businesses, bankers, and anyone producing anything of value in our nation.

This is the natural consequence of viewing everything through the eyes of lawyers.

Lawyers solve problems by successfully representing their clients, in this case the American people. Lawyers seek to have new laws passed, they seek to win lawsuits, they press appellate courts to overturn precedent, and lawyers always parse language to favor their side.

Confined to the narrow practice of law, that is fine. But it is an awful way to govern a great nation.

When politicians, as lawyers, begin to view some Americans as clients and other Americans as opposing parties, then the role of the legal system in our life becomes all-consuming.

Some Americans become adverse parties of our very government. We are not all litigants in some vast social class-action suit.

We are citizens of a republic that promises us a great deal of freedom from laws, from courts, and from lawyers.

Today, we are drowning in laws; we are contorted by judicial decisions; we are driven to distraction by omnipresent lawyers in all parts of our once private lives.

America has a place for laws and lawyers, but that place is modest and reasonable, not vast and unchecked.

When the most important decision for our next president is whom he will appoint to the Supreme Court, the role of lawyers and the law in America is too big.

When House Democrats sue America in order to hamstring our efforts to learn what our enemies are planning to do to us, then the role of litigation in America has become crushing.

Perhaps Americans will understand that change cannot be brought to our nation by those lawyers who already largely dictate American society and business.

Perhaps Americans will see that hope does not come from the mouths of lawyers but from personal dreams nourished by hard work.

Perhaps Americans will embrace the truth that more lawyers with more power will only make our problems worse.

The United States has 5% of the world's population and 66% of the world's lawyers!

Tort (Legal) reform legislation has been introduced in congress several times in the last several years to limit punitive damages in ridiculous lawsuits such as spilling hot coffee on yourself and suing the establishment that sold it to you and also to limit punitive damages in huge medical malpractice lawsuits.

This legislation has continually been blocked from even being voted on by the Democrat Party.

When you see that 97% of the political contributions from the American Trial Lawyers Association go to the Democrat Party , then you realize who is responsible for our medical and product costs being so high.

A Warning From Someone in the Middle of This
I found this tonight and it makes a Ton of sense.

On Friday State Senator Amanda Chase issued a warning to those attending the Monday rally.
“We are being set up!”

Senator Chase wrote this on her Facebook page.

I want you to be aware of how we are being set up.

Does the Patriot Act ring a bell?

Does the National Defense Authorization Act ring a bell?

If people show up wearing any kind of uniform, patch or other symbol on their clothing signifying they belong to a militia and something goes wrong, you could/will be held as a domestic terrorist.

If anyone steps out of line, all it takes is one person, it may even be a government plant….if that plant does anything to disrupt the rally, you could/will be arrested as a domestic terrorist.

The Governor, using the media has already set the stage for this to happen.
He has already laid the groundwork to make the entire movement look like insurrection.

It will be used to put the rest of the nation on notice of what will happen to you, if you resist.

They have used the Southern Poverty Law Center over the last 15 years to lay the groundwork.

They have labeled us as potential domestic terrorist for a long time now.

Anyone who has ever related to the 3%er’s, a militia, or just belonged to any Patriot group…the groundwork has been laid to brand you as a domestic terrorist.

This is a pretty amazing list. The first time I tried to post it, the word count exceeded the site's limit. Also when one considers that Democrats and some Republicans have fought him in every way possible. Like him or not, the guy does get things done.

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / Bernie has some interesting friends
« on: January 15, 2020, 08:30:02 AM »
This video  is worth watching. It's about one of his campaign workers with some scary ideas.

This didn't happen in Texas, but it is unconscionable. I will bet that's it's some of the best farmland in the county.

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / The joys of building a snowman
« on: November 23, 2019, 05:52:54 PM »
I received this today and thought that it was worth passing on.

So, at 8:00 - I made a snowman.

8:10 - A feminist passed by and asked me why I didn't make a snow woman.

 8:15 - So, I made a snow woman.

8:17 - My feminist neighbor complained about the snow woman's voluptuous chest saying it objectified snow women everywhere.

8:20 - The gay couple living nearby threw a hissy fit and moaned it should have been two snow men instead.

8:22 - The transgender man . . woman . . person asked why I didn't just make one snow person with detachable parts.

8:25 - The vegans at the end of the lane complained about the carrot nose, as veggies are food and not to decorate snow figures with.

8:28 - I am being called a racist because the snow couple is white.

8:31 - The Muslim gent across the road demands the snow woman wear a burqa.

8:40 - The Police arrive saying someone has been offended.

8:42 - The feminist neighbor complained again that the broomstick of the snow woman needs to be removed because it depicted women in a domestic role.

8:43 - The council equality officer arrived and threatened me with eviction.

8:45 - TV news crew from the ABC shows up. I am asked if I know the difference between snowmen and snow-women? I reply, "Snowballs" and am now called a sexist.

9:00 - I'm on the News as a suspected terrorist, racist, homophobic, sensibility offender, bent on stirring up trouble during difficult weather.

9:10 - I am asked if I have any accomplices. My children are taken by social services.

9:29 - Far left protesters offended by everything are marching down the street demanding for me to be beheaded.

Moral: There is no moral to this story............... It's just a view of the world in which we live today, and it is only getting worse

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / Stacked Deck?
« on: November 02, 2019, 05:18:44 PM »
I wonder if Conservatives have these kinds of relatives?

This is what you call a "stacked deck."

ABC News  executive producer Ian Cameron is married to Susan Rice ,  Obama's former National Security Adviser.
CBS President David Rhodes is the brother of Ben Rhodes ,  Obama's Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communications.

ABC News correspondent Claire Shipman is married to former Obama White House Press Secretary Jay Carney .
ABC News and Univision reporter Matthew Jaffe is married to Katie Hogan , Obama's former Deputy Press Secretary  .
ABC  President Ben Sherwood is the brother of Obama's former Special Adviser Elizabeth Sherwood.
CNN President Virginia Moseley is married to former Hillary Clinton's Deputy Secretary Tom Nides .

This is “Huge” and is a 'partial' list since the same incestuous relationship holds true for NBC/MSNBC and most media outlets. Trump has been right all along. Fake News is generated by this incestuous relationship.

Ya think there might be a little bias in the news?..

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / A Book Worth Reading
« on: October 21, 2019, 05:42:03 PM »
I just finished "50 Things They Don't Want You To Know" by Jerome Hudson.
Lots of facts and figures from the past 2 decades about environmentalism, race, politics, the lamestream media, etc. It dispels many of today's urban myths.

I think that you will be glad you read it, or maybe just pissed off  :scream3: :scream3: :scream3:

Politics, Gripes, Complaints / The Bidens are good folks
« on: October 12, 2019, 07:28:58 PM »
I was sent this today. if it is at all true, it sure has managed to stay under the radar for a long time.

Subject: Biden Family..

In 2017, Joe Biden’s niece, Caroline Biden, stole $100,000 through a credit card scam, aka, GRAND LARCENY, was able to cut a deal with DEMOCRAT NY prosecutors and got off scott free without jail time or probation. This was her second arrest. She was able to deal her way out of that one too.  She has also been to rehab numerous times.

Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, was kicked out of the Navy for failing a cocaine drug test.  More: HOW DID HE EVER GET A Naval Officers direct COMMISSION?  Daddy fixed it

Then he divorced his wife, mother of his three daughters, after a year long affair, to marry his brother’s widow. WHO DOES THAT?Over the course of the divorce, Hunter drained hundreds of thousands of dollars from the couple's assets by "spending extravagantly on his own interests (including drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations), while leaving the family with no funds to pay legitimate bills. It actually was worse than that, all outlined here:

And this is all on top of the BILLIONS his father dubiously arranged for him from communist China and Ukraine.

Biden ’s daughter with Jill, Ashley Biden Krein, has been arrested several times for drug charges. While he was Veep, she was videoed snorting cocaine but the news media decided to not to publish the video. She hid out in the Veep Delaware home for a week or so until things calmed down.

Okay…..all God’s children got problems…but damnation, what if these things had happened to the Trump children????  The Trump kids are truly beyond reproach. Biden has a passel of miscreants. But the Republicans are not interested in subpoenaing all of the Biden children bank and credit card accounts, are they? Why haven't we heard any of this from the networks, or read it in the "great" national newspapers? Nothing to see here; just move along?
