stock M4 :

my M4 w/mods :

now to go shoot the thing, not to mention sighting-in both the Laser and the Scope

Congrats.

I see you left the bolt release stock.  :th_thicon_funny:

What scope mounts are those? They look 2 inch high.

:icon_wink:  I bought a new set of mounts, got 'em home and they were too low - took 'em back and got a medium height set - still too low (have yet to return 'em) - was going thru a box of "gun stuff" and spotted the ones in the pic - so, mounted with those.....I may, or may not, replace then with lower ones - will see how "comfortable" these are when I shoot the rifle

are they Millets, or what kind?

I never seen any that high in our LGS.

been sick but into the "mend" now so was finally able to get out to the Range and do some sighting-in with the optics I've got on the AR

Scope at 25yds so that I could "see" how I was doing next with the Laser at that distance - all went well so next re-did the Scope for 100yds (max at Shooter's Station indoor range) but 100yds is where I wanted it set anyway

had fun as I've not shot the AR much since acquiring it - at the last I gave the Binary Trigger a test, but not so much as to have the employees get nervous - I really need to get it going at it's full potential.....is the mid December "shoot" still on  ?

The Echo trigger is a good one from what I've seen. I heard it was a PIA to put together without having it blow apart a few times!
