Or it could be one of those high fence operations.

:th_thicon_idea: Either way, the comment is not far off.
Shooting  tame critters inside a fence is ridiculous.
Thats NOT hunting in no way , shape or form. .

Used to make me sick watching ted nugent sitting in his 8 foot high off the ground tripod tree stand, with a big TAME buck standing underneath him eating corn. Then he shoots it with his bow. The f -ing guy is a moron if he thinks thats hunting. The problem is, he sold that as hunting on tv and now about a million other dumbasses ALSO call THAT PATHETIC SHIT hunting.

About the same equivalent to getting all geared up  and  shooting the neighbors dairy cow.

I use Breakfree CLP - been using it for probably close to 15 years or more. I tried other stuff in the past, and some of the smells either bothers my asthma, or makes me feel strange (using Remoil inside does that to me).

Short term, and also for cleaning, trigger break ins, etc, , I use WD 40. Dont really matter how bad you slop it on, it evaporates and loosens up any old oil, grime, etc. .
You can soak it, let it sit a bit, then rinse the powder residue and grime right off.

I use whatever CLEAN motor oil I have on hand. Usually Pennzoil 5w30.
I also use carbide based or wheel bearing grease on everything by applying with a tooth brush. .

I just never seen the point of using high $$$ gun crap that evaporates off and dont last.
Hoppes used to make an odorless  grease in a tube that was really good. I have not seen it in years, so I went to the next best thing I could find.

The carbide based, ( NOT the grinding compound)  or straight wheel bearing grease,  just DONT come off. Even if you wipe it with a dry clean rag it still leaves a protecting film.
I use it for long term storage on ALL my old collectors stuff.

Handguns and Revolvers / Mobil 1 as cleaner and lube for pistols

Decided to try Mobil 1 as a cleaning and lube oil for my pistol cleaning today after 200 rounds at the range.  It took fewer passes with the brush to clean the barrel.  It cut all powder residue with no problem and and left a nice thin film on all the surfaces.  Pleased with the results.  What's your favorite CLP?

No way you had never heard those before.
LOL.
Not spelled like I read them, and it's been a very long day.

When I first looked at "lickalotapusses" my brain parsed it as "likal" "otap" "usses"  and megasoreasses as "me" "gas" oreas" "ses".

Maybe it's been a weird day too.
But thanks for the chuckle, I needed that!

Im still trying to figure out if he was a communist, socialist,  nazi sympathizer, or ALL of the above.
You left out capitalist (or thief according to some Brits) when he was shorting the Pound in '92.
